The small business plans are pretty straightforward. It is for toll free access only. It does not include any extras. You have two possibilities with the plans. You can order a month-to-month program. Than means there is no commitment contract to sign. With this particular plan you will pay 6.9 cents per minute. There is also a reoccurring monthly fee of $15.00. The other plan requires an 11-month service agreement. You will still pay the reoccurring monthly fee but you will get a per minute rate of 5.9 cents. With the 11 month plan you will be charge $75.00 if you do not fulfill your contract completely.

For larger businesses there are several plans available. They all require a service agreement contract. They range from a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years. The monthly service charges can range from $83.00 to over $200,000. These plans are made for large business with lots of phone traffic or several separate locations. You will really need to talk to a customer service representative to make sure you get the best plan for your business.

You can also get a better per minute rate if you bundle a few of their services. They can combine your local and long distance phone service with your toll free number. You can even add your company's DSL service. Any combination will get you a better deal on the choice you make. As you can see AT&T offers many options and plans. Before you sign up with them though you may want to take a look at some other providers and see what they can do for you. There are lots of new companies that are lesser known but are considered cheap providers, take a look you might be pleasantly surprised.
